Before you apply

What you'll need to hand

Nothing unusual, and nothing you need before the first phone call. Gather these once you've decided on a programme.

Documents

  • Class 10 marksheet, and Class 12 if completed
  • Degree marksheet, for graduate applicants
  • Four passport-size photographs
  • Passport copy, if you want an international internship

Identity & eligibility

  • Aadhaar or any government photo ID
  • Minimum age 16 at the start of the batch
  • No prior kitchen experience required
  • Basic working English, since CTH assessment is in English

On joining day

  • Chef kit and uniform, issued at induction
  • Closed non-slip shoes for kitchen safety
  • A notebook — recipes get corrected by hand
  • Hair tied back, no jewellery on the bench
